What you get

What your construction inspection report includes

01

Find the location

Each finding identifies the area, with photographs that help you and the relevant trade locate the concern.

02

Understand the issue

Plain-language explanations connect the observed condition with why it matters and what to do next.

03

Plan the next step

Discuss corrections with your builder while the work is accessible. Arrange verification when it would be useful.

Your inspector, from start to finish.

Eaton personally performs your inspection and is available to explain the report. Texas licensure, ICC residential building inspector certification, and phase-inspection training inform the work.

When to schedule each construction inspection

The most useful visit happens when the relevant work is ready, and there is still time to respond.

  1. Send the next milestone. Tell us the anticipated pour, insulation, drywall, closing, or warranty deadline.
  2. Confirm readiness and access. Ask your builder what will be installed and what will remain visible.
  3. Leave room for corrections. Share the report promptly and coordinate any follow-up before concealment or your next deadline.

Clear pricing by home size

Know your inspection fee.

Each stage is a separate inspection. Text to plan multiple visits and confirm the total fee.

Request a construction inspection quote

Questions before you book

New construction inspection FAQs

Do I need every stage?

Each visit answers a different question. Pre-pour and pre-drywall document work that will be concealed; the final inspection evaluates the substantially completed home; the warranty visit checks its condition after you have lived in it. You can book the stage that fits your build, even if you missed an earlier one.

The city and builder inspect. What does your inspection add?

You receive an independent inspection and a written report prepared for you, with photographs, locations, and practical recommendations. Required municipal inspections and the builder’s quality-control process still have their own roles.

Can you coordinate with my builder?

Share the construction schedule, site contact, access requirements, and planned concealment or closing date. We can help confirm readiness and appointment timing. Your builder must authorize access and coordinate the work.

Can I book the stages together?

Yes. Contact Eaton to plan the stages around your build. The scope and fee for each visit are confirmed before booking; construction dates can be coordinated as the project progresses.

How much will my inspections cost?

The quote depends on the stage, home size, location, and requested services. Text the address, square footage, and current stage for a quote, or use the online scheduler to check available services.
