How to read the sample reports

Look for the location, the observed condition and the recommended next step. Home inspection findings use minor, moderate and major categories to help separate routine upkeep from concerns that need more attention.

For sewer scopes, clients also receive the full narrated video separately from the written report. The sample reflects the access and scope available at that inspection. See current sewer-scope service details.

The pre-pour sample is a larger PDF. You can also view report excerpts on the pre-pour page.
